Jin Goro

Need a horse? Like talking about horses? Trying to race a horse? Got a sick horse? Goro supply the best horses on the Steppe. Their breeding and expertise go back centuries. His father, Ajin, and his late grandfather, Djinn, were reknown as some of the best in the business. Chances are if you are a horseback rider or do anything with horses, you've heard of the Jin Family.

Need a guide around the steppe? A travelling companion? A survivalist? A naturally empathetic person, Jin will not hesitate to help a person in distress even if it means putting his life on the line. He has never left the Steppe and he knows it like the back of his hand. Every hill, vally, and river is committed to his memory, and he is a first class healer/botanist. If you fall into trouble or if you need a guide, he can be the light at the end of a very dark tunnel.

Just a country boy minding his own business. Jin is the type to be found alone in the wilderness, traversing the frontier with his horse. But this does not mean that he isn't hospitable towards company. He loves sharing his hearth with anyone that is just passing through, exchanging stories and advice over campfire. However, if you're looking to adventure with him long term you'll find that the Jin he presents to strangers and who he really is are two very different people. The cold, calculating survivalism in his eyes alludes to a brutality that isn't oft unmasked.

Themes that Jin would have no interest in: Crime syndicate rp along the vein of Yakuza. Brothel or nightclub rp of any kind. Over the top edgy rp where the grimdark becomes grim, dark, and unintentionally hilarious.

Themes Jin would be quite interested in: Anything based around the steppe and Xaela tribal matters. Tracking lost family members across the steppe and beyond. Assisting in tribe based plots. Transporting goods and people. Hanging out in natural beauty and rural slice of life.

OOC and IC are two different things. If my character is mean to you or likes you ICly, that doesnt mean I feel the same way about you oocly. I try to be nice to everyone ooc, so just give me that courtesy in return and dont make it weird.

If Im rping with you it means I want to be there. If you are insecure about your RP skills around me, don't be. If it becomes an issue then I will end the rp.

Im not in game all the time, so discord is better for me. But if you want to rp in game Im not opposed to it, just know my time is limited.

I follow your lead while rping. If you multi-para then I will. If you dont then I wont. Im pretty relaxed overall.

I do ERP, but not randomly. It has to be a part of the story, so please no ERP right away. If we do get to that point, I WILL discuss consent and boundaries with you beforehand. If you want to ERP that's fine but know that we have to build to that.
